All participants attending Football Friendlies events shall maintain acceptable
standards of behaviour and shall act in a law-abiding, mature and honest fashion.
Participants will be required to be registered/signed in and out each of the events.
Any persons under 18 years of age will be required to be registered/signed in and
out by a parent/guardian/ or other authorised person on each day of the event
If for any reason the child/participant is to leave the event early or have
alternative departure arrangements, please notify the event Co-ordinator when
signing-in
The Directions of all Football Friendlies Staff must be adhered to at all times
All Covid-19 procedures and regulations should be strictly adhered to at all times
Our coaches will remind the participants of practicing social distancing and good
hygiene measures. The coaches will also outline the specific training content of the
day.
Safety procedures as laid down (but not limited to) by Football Friendlies Staff
during events must be followed.
Participants under 18 years of age are supervised for the duration of the allocated
time set out for the event.
Smoking/Vaping, alcohol and other drugs are strictly forbidden.
Event Property must be respected
Zero tolerance in the use of foul language or swearing, and may result in expulsion
after an appropriate warning has been given, in which case no reimbursement of fees
will be made.
Zero tolerance of Bullying of any kind including (but not limited to) name calling,
shaming, fighting, singling out individuals will be accepted and will result in
expulsion, in which case no reimbursement of fees will be made.
Our coaches will be happy to allow any of our participants to take a brief time-out
if they need to catch their breath at any time or administer any medication
throughout the day. The participant must remain with the group whilst taking a break
Group Toilet breaks will be coordinated throughout the day. If at any stage, any of
our younger groups need to use the toilet, the whole group will be brought just in
case someone has forgotten that they also need to go.
Individual toilet requests for our older groups will be coordinated so that the
participant does not travel to the toilet on their own and respects social
distancing.
All Participants will be reminded of practicing good hygiene whilst using the toilet,
with our coaches ready to sanitize any touch sensitive areas where required.
Football Friendlies will not be held liable for any property lost, damaged or stolen.
If required participants must wear Official Football Friendlies Playing Kit at all
times (you will get this on the first day, so don’t forget it afterwards!).

All are required to provide their own lunches (these should not be shared, due to
health risks)
Minor injuries may occur as Football is a contact sport, while every effort will
be made to ensure it is a safe environment for everyone minor injuries may still
occur
Football Friendlies is in no way liable for any injuries (major, minor or
otherwise) that may occur as a result playing football (or otherwise) during or
after the events whilst on the premises.
Failure to comply with these rules, which exist to ensure an enjoyable and
beneficial event for all participants, will warrant immediate expulsion, in
which case no reimbursement of fees will be made.
